The Diamond Center appreciates your business and the trust you place in our company. Trust, like Freedom Returns, is a two way street.

With The Diamond Center's Freedom Returns you may

  • return your online purchase within one month from the date you received your item
  • the Freedom Return option is yours
    • we'll refund the entire purchase price,  even shipping
    • replace the item if there's something wrong or
    • exchange it

For our mutual protection and before we can originate a refund, replacement or exchange, all jewelry is inspected by a licensed jewelry appraiser within 24 hours.

If for whatever reason the item you purchased was damaged when you received it, you must speak to The Diamond Center's Online Sales Support within 24 hours by calling 608-752-8003 between the hours of 10:00am - 8:30Opm CST.

Return by Shipping

1. Within one month of receiving your purchase, please begin the process with a phone call to The Diamond Center at 608-752-8003. We're available Monday - Saturday from 10:00am - 8:00pm and Sunday's from 11:0am -  5:00pm. (Closed New Year's Day, Easter and Christmas Day).

2. Please have the packing slip ready to provide us with your name, sale confirmation number, and the description of any damage or your reason for returning the item.

3. We will gladly provide you with a return authorization (RA) number. Please place the original package you received along with the item purchased and a copy of your sales receipt in to a larger package.

4. For your piece of mind, we suggest that you ship the package via FedEx, UPS or USPS Insured to:

Keep the package Return Tracking Number so you can be assured of its arrival.

5. For our mutual protection and before we can originate a refund, replacement or exchange, all jewelry is inspected by a licensed jewelry appraiser within 24 hours. You can expect a refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

Return in Person

1. Within one month of receiving your purchase, please stop in to The Diamond Center location most convenient to you.

2. Please bring the item you'd like returned, replaced or exchanged along with the original packaging it was delivered in as well as a copy of the packing slip and your online sales receipt.

3. For our mutual protection and before we can originate a refund, replacement or exchange, all jewelry is inspected by a licensed jewelry appraiser within 24 hours. You can expect a refund, replacement or exchange within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.
